Mental health counseling and therapy for women aged 25-44 experiencing Anxiety and Adjustment Issues.
Ditch your anxiety. Find peace. Regain your confidence.
I’m Jen
I’m an anxiety therapist in Liverpool, NY conveniently located near Clay, NY and Baldwinsville, NY. My practice specializes in helping women in their mid 20’s to early 40’s manage anxiety and navigate stressful life changes with more confidence. As a CBT therapist, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you develop healthier thought patterns and coping strategies.
My goal is simple: to create a place where readers can feel understood, inspired, and encouraged to grow in their own way. I believe in honesty, clarity, and genuine connection, and I hope every post brings a bit of value, reflection, or motivation to your day.
